Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Yes! At Ultratone Guitars, we sell top quality, brand name musical equipment. Our products are brand new and we have authorization to sell every item we offer. Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: If you are not satisfied with this product, you may return your unopened and unused product within 30 business days following your shipping date. Shipping date is the date the item is shipped out. Please e-mail us at service@ultratoneguitar.com with your order confirmation number and reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA). All returns must be in new condition, with all original packaging and accessories. UPC codes must be intact and rebate forms and warranty forms must be unfilled. No return will be accepted without a return authorization number. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If your item is received defective, please contact the manufacturer directly. If you require Repair, Replacement,Technical Support, Manufacturer Warranty information, Product Manuals, or Repair Locations, please contact the manufacturer directly. Q: Is there a warranty offered with my purchase?
A: In general, our items are covered under a warranty from the manufacturer. It is the buyer's responsiblity to research warranty information on the product at the respected product's website. Q: I am an international buyer. Will you lower the value of my purchase on Customs documents or mark the item as a gift?
A: INTERNATIONAL BUYERS are responsible for paying all import duty, tax and fees, which may be collected by your country when the parcel arrives. We declare the exact purchase price as the value of the goods when completing the customs declaration. We will NOT check the “gift” box or under-declare the value on the customs form
Q: I have not received my item and the item shows not shipped. Where is my order?
A: Stringed Instruments and select percussion, windblown instruments, and instrument cases require a quality check prior to shipment. This helps assure that we will ship you a quality product. The quality check could take 1-5 business days. Feel free to e-mail us at service@ultratoneguitar.com to inquire about the working status of your order. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries. International Orders are subject to a 10 business day hold for verification purposes.
